Twas Founder's day here'n at the Aliso Viejo, and that means there's a shindig to attend. Seein' as how it was Founder's day and all, Dad threw on a Cowboy hat and took the wife and chitlin's out for a good ole time. There wuz pony rides, and sack races, a bounce house, gold dig, brick makin' and the list goes on. Really though, it was a good time had by all. Mike has been on a cowboy kick since his stay at Green River for the art competition, and watching all those old western movies with grandpa. One of our friends who's daughter is Natalie's best friend, hates anything country, western, or cowboy. And it's always fun to tease her because she's such a good sport. So Mike had to wear a cowboy hat just to drive her crazy. Yeeha! The girls had a blast riding the ponies, and Natalie raced Dad in the egg carry. Y'all come back now y'hear!
Seth and Aimee poo-pooing the wicked cool, but controversial, cowboy hat; the symbol of freedom and majesty.

Mike, I'm so glad that you got to wear the cowboy hat!!! Mary should let you more often. They are very fashionable, well at least in these parts. ;) Oh yeah, and Mat thinks that you should be able to wear it all of the time.
