Autumn Time

Some of the best things about fall time are BYU football, cooler temperatures, and leaves on the ground (especially since we don't have leaves to rake up). We walked down the street to the chapel nearby and they had a ton of leaves that we made into a pile and went wild. It's fun as long as we don't have to rake and bag them...

Pumpkin Time!

We decided to have a family pumpkin painting session. The girls enjoyed it and we only had one mishap with paint on a sleeve. It's hard to believe that Halloween is just around the corner!

From left to right: Natalie's car scene, Emily's scary pumpkin, and Dad's skull.

Thanksgiving point shennanigans

Thanks to Grandma Pratt and her awesome grandma card to Thanksgiving point, we made a day of it last week looking at dinosaur bones and farmyard animals. Natalie and Emily loved to see the bones and all the cool things at the museum. They also had fun riding the ponies (Natalie named hers "Clover"), going for a buggy ride, and feeding the various fowl. It was a little chilly but we still had a great time. Thanks G-ma!

Vampire

I don't know why but a chubby vampire makes me laugh. Especially since the influx of all the vampire shows and books, with their handsome, muscular vampires and their well-defined jaws. Perhaps this is what Edward will look like later on in life...
